The blade of these professional knives is made of the highest quality X50-Cr-MoVa 15 molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel.
The handle is made of double-injected polypropylene and rubber, and the ergonomic handle and the quality of the material ensure a secure and reliable grip, allowing even the largest knives to be handled with ease.
The handle is treated with a special germicidal additive "Alphasan" inserted directly inside the handle, ensures hygiene and cleanliness, preventing the formation and proliferation of fungi and germs.
