Heated cabinet on wheels for professional use for transporting or storing hot dishes in a practical and efficient manner.

The cabinet has a full stainless steel construction, the walls are double insulated, and the door has a thermal seal to ensure optimum heat retention. A lockable handle can be requested as an option by paying an additional fee.

This model has 16 C-shaped guides that allow transport without danger of tipping the GN 1/1 tubs. The guides are 7.5 cm apart .Grids can be inserted in place of the trays to allow the transport of plates, trays or containers.

The 4 sturdy galvanized casters with brakes as standard and 2 full-height push tubes allow easy and convenient movement of the cabinet, and the 4 non-marking corner bumpers prevent damage in case of accidental impact.

Digital thermostat preset to a temperature of 75°C and an "L"-shaped heating element covered by a grid that allows for 'even heat distribution, all serving to ensure perfect heat retention in dishes. An indicator light will indicate the operation of the machine.

The cabinet has a single-phase 230V power supply and an output of 1.7 kW.
