Variant: Wenge color CL2770NW
Thermal Trolley made of birch plywood ideal for boiling and roasting. The supporting structure is made of solid birch plywood. The trolley has an ASI 304 Stainless Steel basin equipped with a drain for emptying. The trolleyis supplied WITHOUT basins which can be purchased separately as needed, the capacity is 3 GNI1/1 basins 150 mm high.
The trolley has a single-phase 230-volt power supply and consumes a maximum of 2000 watts; it is equipped with a thermostat for temperature control from 30° C to 90° C.
The trolley does not come with standard basins.
There is the possibility to choose the color of the wood in three variants: Walnut, Wenge or Lacquered White.
Possibility to be able to add accessories specifically for Roasting and Boiling such as knife holder, sliding plate holder and lid holder, the addition of these accessories can increase the order preparation and shipping time.
The sliding plate holder accessory has a polyethylene cutting board.
