There are two types of grills and pans supported by a refrigerated table:

the first version is the Gastronorm GN 1/1 that can be used on 70 cm deep refrigerated counters, while to use 60x40 pastry trays you need refrigerated tables with a depth of 80 cm.

Fridge tables

Wide range of refrigerated tables with positive temperature, AISI304 stainless steel frame and side motor. Ideal for restaurants, pizzerias and professional kitchens. The refrigerated table is an indispensable piece of equipment in professional catering; equipped with a door with doors or drawers, it offers convenient storage of food preparations or drinks. Refrigerated counters are generally ventilated with an incorporated and removable cooling unit for easy maintenance. Temperature control is by means of a digital thermostat, condensation defrosting is automatic and controlled by an electric resistance. Refrigerated stainless steel counters are usually compatible with the Gastronorm standard.

Pizza counters

The pizza counter is made up of a stainless steel structure with doors and drawers for housing the pizza boxes. The counter is normally equipped with a granite or marble top, which is a perfect material for spreading and processing pizza and focaccia dough.
