  • If you add more products to your cart, the lowest possible cost will be calculated based on: weight, volume and destination area.

  • The transport value is automatically estimated by our site within the individual product sheets in the "Shipping costs" section once you have selected the destination region.

  • In the event that the delivery should take place in an area with traffic restrictions (ZTL), the costs estimated by the system may vary.

  • You can also decide to collect your products independently, in this case the transport amount will be zeroed.

  • The approximate shipping times are indicated in the product sheets.

    By "shipping times" we mean the period of time necessary for the package to be processed from our warehouses and entrusted to the agreed courier.

Once the purchase is complete, check the order confirmation email to know exactly all the details.

  • The goods will be sent on arrival on account of the payment.

  • Purchases are delivered via national couriers, to the delivery address indicated in the order. During the order process it is possible to indicate a contact person and a place of delivery other than those provided for the order header and billing.

  • For each order placed, BianchiPro issues an electronic invoice relating to the material shipped, which will be sent to the appropriate fiscal drawer. For the issuance of these documents, the information you have provided us with when placing the order is valid.

  • It is important that you communicate any details you deem necessary so that the courier can reach your place of delivery, reporting them in the appropriate order notes.

  • We will inform you by e-mail of the shipment.

  • Delivery is made on working days from 08:30 to 18:00.
    • The first delivery attempt is made by the courier without any kind of telephone notice.

    • To make delivery easier, however, it is possible to select the telephone notice service from the courier. With this service you will be contacted by telephone by the carrier to establish the day and time of delivery.

    • It is important to enter a real telephone number where you can usually be reached.

    • The telephone notice must be understood as the possibility of agreeing with the courier delivery within 48 hours from the notice.

    • Most items ship within 3/4 business days. However, some objects have variable average processing times, due to production, assembly or procurement. The products are packed with suitable materials to ensure adequate protection during transport.

WHAT TO DO ON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE

To ensure the maximum safety of your purchase, when the Courier will make the delivery, it is important that you check:

  • That the package is intact, not damaged or wet or tampered with.

  • That the number of packages indicated on the courier's transport document corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

  • Report any anomalies in the shipment immediately to the courier, otherwise the product will be considered correctly delivered by law.

If upon receipt of the goods the package is damaged or tampered with, you have two possibilities:

  • Express a reservation:

    You accept the package, but before signing the document you must write "I accept with reserve right because the package has the following anomaly" ... (you must describe the damage that is observed on the package).

    In this way, once the package has been opened and any anomaly is found, it will be possible to request compensation for the damage suffered.


  • Report to the courier that the package cannot be accepted:

    Reject the package because it has been tampered with, communicating it directly to the courier.

How much does the delivery cost?

Prices depend on the weight / volume of the products purchased, and on the place of delivery. In each product sheet you will find the "Shipping costs" section where you can estimate the delivery costs based on your destination region.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on many factors: product availability, payment methods, delivery method and additional services.

The delivery times indicated on the site refer to purchases with roadside delivery by express courier.

If you choose a deferred payment, such as bank transfer, the shipment will be managed only after the payment is confirmed, with a consequent extension of delivery times.

Can I choose the day and time of delivery?

Shipping by express courier has a default delivery date. It is not possible to choose a different day, nor to indicate a specific time.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Delivery takes place during working hours but it is not possible to know the couriers' timetables in advance.

What happens if there is no one when the courier arrives?

The courier will leave you a non-delivery notice with a telephone number to contact to arrange another delivery.

What happens if I am not present at the delivery?

If the GLS shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address, the driver leaves a notice notifying the recipient of the first and second step. You will still be left with an attempted delivery notice with instructions on how to contact GLS to arrange a return if necessary.
