Why was my credit card payment declined?

Payment may be rejected for the following reasons:

When do I have to pay by bank transfer?

Payment must be made within 7 days of placing the order. After this time the order will be automatically canceled.

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be managed after receiving notification of the credit from the bank.

We will send you an email with the confirmation and the date of receipt of the payment.

The availability of the purchased products will be assessed at the time of accreditation.

What happens if the purchased product is no longer available at the time of taking charge of the order?
