Useful information for commissioning

Not specifically noted in the manual:

1) unlock control unit keyboard

2) reset program by pressing "SET" key for 3 seconds.

3) choose program with the third key (there are 4 programs: POSITIVE - NEGATIVE by time, POSITIVE and NEGATIVE by temperature, with core probe (but NEGATIVE by temperature is not recommended because the probe remains frozen in the food and will not come off).

To start, press "SET" 2 times.

When done, it goes into maintenance and makes a sound: press one key to stop the sound and again to turn off.
