Cleaner - Gel degreaser for hot plates and ovens

Gel degreaser for plates and ovens.

Specific detergent for degreasing the inside of ovens, cooking plates, conveyor belts of continuous ovens and stainless steel vessels.

It has high degreasing power and can remove carbonized incrustations, also solubilizes sugar substances even melted or carbonized.

This product is non-toxic, leaves no bad odors, and is perfectly rinsable.

Its thixotropic characteristic adheres perfectly even to vertical surfaces.

It is non-flammable.

Thanks to its high degreasing power, it is able to break down fats of both vegetable and animal origin, removes carbonized incrustations of protein and/or fibrous origin.

The systematic use of B 1000 GEL makes it possible to maintain cooking equipment in perfect efficiency, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

APPLICATION

Apply the product as is on the surface to be cleaned possibly heated to 40-60° C.

The surface should not be hot because the product would tend to dry too quickly.

Leave on for about 15-30' as appropriate. Rinse thoroughly; it is good at the last rinse to add a little vinegar.

In the case of particularly tenacious dirt and contamination, it is advisable to brush or rub lightly while the product acts, using iron wool pad, sponge

CAUTION: Do not apply pure product to aluminum or painted surfaces.
