A professional grater with a die-cast aluminum frame, this grater is specially designed for grated cheese production, all with the best possible performance.

The GSM model has a fully die-cast aluminum frame to ensure maximum lightness and durability.

The cheese inlet mouth has a size of 140x80 mm.

The powerful 230-Volt, 50-Hz three-phase motor has a power rating of 1.1 kWatt and is equipped with thermal protection to ensure durability.
