Ice cream pressing machine capable of obtaining different types of shapes such as spaghetti, noodles or asparagus through the use of different glasses, included in the kit is only the glass for spaghetti, two other shapes can be purchased separately: noodles and asparagus.
The PGEL ice cream press is made of aluminum suitable for food contact, it has a lever to activate the mechanism for pressing the ice cream inside the mold.
The glasses are made of a special anodized alloy.
The Spaghetti Glass is included in the machine package, other shapes can be acuquired separately in the "Accessories" section of this product sheet.
