Fimar s.p.a.

Fimar is an Italian brand born in 1979 from an idea by Oriano Tamburini. The company specializes in the production of food preparation machines, particularly meat grinders. Fimar machines are designed for restaurants, butcher shops, bars, canteens, supermarkets, and other professional activities.

Fimar is part of the Fimar Group, which also includes Forcar. The group consists of five brands specializing in different sectors of professional catering and hospitality. Fimar Group designs, builds, imports, and distributes simple, reliable, and solid products.

In 2021, Forcar S.r.l. was incorporated into Fimar S.p.A. Fimar S.p.A. has two brands: Fimar (Made in Italy) and Easyline (import line). Forcar S.r.l. began its activity in 1994 and specializes in professional equipment for table service, such as trolleys, service furniture, and various items for hotels. Forcar has three brands: Forcar Multiservice, Forcar Refrigeration, and Forcold.
