16 cm Santoku knife, Perforated blade made of special 4199 Nitrogen B stainless steel with high Carbon content. The heat treatment of the blades ensures high hardness and uniform microperforation over the entire surface, which is essential for obtaining a vigorous and durable edge.
In accordance with Eastern tradition, sharpening is done only on one side, these processes ensure a clean cut and the highest quality processing of cooked products.
The food grade POM handles are perfectly balanced with the blade.

Ice tempering is an innovative heat treatment that increases the hardness of the blades by about 1.5-2.0 HRC, this treatment ensures a more compact steel structure and greater cutting strength.
