The handle is treated with a special germicidal additive "Alphasan" placed directly inside the handle, ensures hygiene and cleanliness, preventing the formation and proliferation of fungi and germs.

Ice tempering is an innovative heat treatment that allows the hardness of the blades to be increased by about 1.5-2.0 HRC, this treatment ensures a more compact steel structure and greater cutting strength. Knives treated with this technique are visually easily identifiable, as the blades are polished "to a mirror finish."
