The PM600 dough sheeter is designed for robustness and maximum reliability.
Ideal for use in pastry shops, hotels, restaurants and small and medium-sized bakeries.
It can process different types of dough up to very thin thicknesses.

The structure is made of painted steel. There are no plastic parts.
Equipped with stainless steel safety guard with electric lock.

The sheeter is equipped with: underplates , flour collecting tray and flour bowl.

The inlet and outlet conveyor mats have alternating different speeds.
The platens can be lifted upward for less space, or removed as needed.
The machine is mounted on wheels for easy movement.

Upon request, the machine can be supplied with a footboard for easy operation.
