Professional spiral kneading machine for processing different types of dough, especially suitable for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piada. This kneading machine is equipped with a fixed head and bowl, a very important feature to ensure stability while processing the product.

The machine is made of steel, which makes its structure strong, durable and easy to clean.All parts in contact with food, bowl, spiral and dough splitting rod, are made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

The bowl has a total capacity of 7 liters, the diameter of Ø24 cm andheight of 16 cm allow processing up to 6 kg of dough. For proper operation of the machine, the machine should never be operated with no vacuum.

The machine comes standard with 4 braking wheels to allow easy movement of the machine. The installation of the wheels results in an increase of 8.5 cm to the height of the mixer

The machine comes standard with a wire grating lid made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel that facilitates the addition of ingredients and control of processing.

The lid comes with a safety micro to stop the machine if the lid is lifted, so as to prevent accidents during operation according to current European safety regulations.
