Professional spiral kneading machine for processing different types of dough, particularly suitable for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piada. This mixer has a liftable head a useful feature to allow easy and convenient removal of dough from the bowl and facilitates cleaning.

The machine is made of steel, which makes its structure strong, durable and easy to clean.All parts in contact with food, bowl, spiral and dough splitting rod, are made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

The bowl has a total capacity of 48 liters, the diameter of Ø45 cm andheight of 26 cm allow processing up to 44 kg of dough. For proper operation of the machinery, the machine should never be operated with no vacuum.

The FIA307 spiral kneading machine athree-phase 230-400 volt 50 hz power supply and 1.1 kw power with 24-volt controls.

For three-phase models only, dual speed can be installed upon request.

The machinery comes standard with 4 braking wheels to allow easy movement of the machinery. Installation of the wheels results in an increase of 8.5 cm to the height of the mixer

The kneading machine comes standard with a mechanical timer

The machine comes standard with a wire grating lid made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel that makes it easy to add ingredients and control processing and Mechanical Timer.

The lid comes with a safety micro to stop the machine if the lid is lifted, so as to prevent accidents during operation according to current European safety regulations.
