Professional electric vegetable cutter ideal for cutting and slicing fruits, vegetables, vegetables, grating cheese, dry bread, chocolate, nuts, and paring carrots, celery, potatoes, apples, turnips, beets, and mozzarella cheese the processed products come out ready from the outlet where a conenitor can be placed underneath to collect them.

The external structure and food-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which makes the machine elegant, durable and long-lasting. Components are easy to disassemble for easy and thorough cleaning.

The discharge port is inclined to achieve higher productivity.

A safety micro switch is placed on the handle, mouths and container so that the machine stops and prevents accidents during processing following CE standards.

The Élite vegetable cutter is made in Italy by the Italian company Fimar with more than 40 years of experience in the catering equipment industry. The machine has a single-phase 230-volt power supply and a power rating of 0.58 kW.

The motor, thanks to its power and excellent ventilation, is ideal for intensive use.

The controls, through a digital keyboard, allow high precision during cutting.

Discs can be purchased separately individually at the bottom of the board or you can select the disc kit which contains 5 discs including: 2 discs for slicing, one disc for dicing and two for filleting.

To achieve match or cube cutting you must match the corresponding disc with the slicing disc.

ABS pestle included.

The standard machine is sold only with the ejector disc included.
