Professional electric vegetable cutter ideal for cutting and slicing fruits, vegetables, vegetables, grating cheese, dry bread, chocolate, hazelnuts and paring carrots, celery, potatoes, apples, turnips, beets and mozzarella cheese the processed products end up in the collection pot that can be removed and used to conveniently move the contents

The outer structure as well as the mouths and collection pot are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which makes the machine elegant, durable and long-lasting.

The collection pan is included with the product and has a total capacity of 7.4 liters, a diameter ofØ240 mm and a height of 165 mm, is made completely of stainless steel and is removable.

A safety micro switch is placed on the handle, mouths and container so that the machinery stops and prevents accidents during processing following CE standards.

The TV4000 vegetable cutter is made in Italy by the Italian company Fimar with more than 40 years of experience in the catering equipment industry. The machine has a 230-volt three-phase power supply and a power rating of 0.37 kW.

The vegetable cutter has two stainless steel mouths for product insertion: a Ø56 mm round mouth and a 150x70 mm oval mouth.

Discs can be purchased separately individually at the bottom of the board or you can select the disc kit that contains 5 discs including: 2 slicing discs (E2 - E10), a dicing disc (K10), a matchstick cutting disc (H10) and a filleting disc (Z4).

To achieve matchstick or cube cutting, the corresponding disc must be combined with the slicing disc.

The standard machine is sold without any type of disc included.

CAUTION: Any addition of features or options on request other than the basic model may lengthen the procedures for making and sending the machine.
