Professional meat grinder model 22RS

Stainless steel grinding unit, single-phase power supply

A professional shrouded meat grinder made of stainless steel, this meat grinder is specially designed for the processing and production of minced meat.

Model 22RS is equipped with an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The grinding unit for this model is made of stainless steel and is partially removable; the elements can be washed in a water bath or dishwasher.

This professional meat-processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality stainless steel outer casing and a hopper for product insertion also made of stainless steel.

The meat inlet has a diameter of 52 mm.

The powerful 230-volt, 50-Hz, single-phase motor with 1.1 kWatt output also has reverse, oil-bath gearbox to ensure maximum efficiency.

There are also low voltage controls that provide additional protection during processing, the safety device will stop the rotary motion in compliance with current European regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 150 and 250 kg/h.
