Professional meat grinder model 22TE

Food-grade cast iron grinding unit, three-phase power supply

A professional meat grinder made of aluminum with a stainless steel hopper, this meat grinder is specially designed for processing and producing minced meat.

Model 22TE has an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The grinding unit for this model is made of food -gradecast iron specially treated for food contact.

The cast iron grinding unit is completely removable but is not dishwasher or water bath safe.

This professional meat-processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality polished aluminum outer casing and a stainless steel hopper for product intake.

The meat inlet has a diameter Ø of 52 mm.

The powerful 380-400 volts, 50 Hz, three-phase motor with 1.1 kWatt output is also equipped with an oil-bath gearbox to ensure maximum efficiency.

Reversing gear is not standard in this model, but can be purchased on request.

There are also low-voltage controls that provide additional protection during processing, in compliance with current European regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 150 and 250 kg/h.
