Meatkneader for professional use, made of solid stainless steel construction. The machine has a trolley with wheel kit for easy positioning and movement during processing and stop times, the wheels have brakes to immobilize the machine if necessary.

This professional meat kneading machine has a stainless steel tank with a maximum capacity of 50Kg . The tilting bowl allows the processed product to be emptied at the end of the cycle, being able to reach a maximum inclination of 90°.

This professional equipment has asingle-phase power supply of 230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz, the powerful ventilated asynchronous motor has a maximum absorption of 1.8 kW (2.4 hp ).

The machine complies with current CE safety regulations; it is equipped with an emergency button that immediately stops the movement of the shovel in case of need.

There is also a micro safety switch on the lid that provides additional safety in case of opening during processing, the safety device will stop the rotary movement in compliance with current European regulations.

Themeat kneading machine is equipped with a removable double blade completely made of stainless steel that allows easy cleaning and maintenance of the machine fast and intuitive. The helical gears that allow its movement are oil-bath and guarantee excellent and long-lasting performance.
