Meatkneader for professional use, made of solid stainless steel construction. The machine has a trolley with standard wheel kit to facilitate positioning and moving the machine during processing or during stop times, the wheels are equipped with brakes to immobilize the machine if necessary.

This professional meat kneading machine is equipped with a stainless steel tank with a maximum capacity of 100Kg . The tilting tank allows the processed product to be emptied at the end of the cycle, being able to reach a maximum inclination of 90°.

This professional equipment has athree-phase power supply of 230 - 400 Volts with a frequency of 50 Hz, the maximum absorption of the machine is 1.8 kW (2.4 hp ).

The machine complies with current CE safety regulations, it is equipped with an emergency button that immediately stops the movement of the shovel in case of need.

There is also a micro safety switch on the lid that provides additional safety in case of opening during processing, the safety device will stop the rotary movement in compliance with current European regulations.

Themeat kneader is equipped with double removable paddles that allow easy cleaning and maintenance of the machine quickly and intuitively. The helical gears that enable its movement are oil-bath to allow for optimum and long-lasting performance.
