Salted model knife, Ideal for cutting cold cuts and large cheeses, also called a charcuterie knife.
The blade of these professional knives is made of the highest quality X50-Cr-MoVa 15 molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel.
The blades undergo additional heat treatment at sub-zero temperatures for a precise and even longer-lasting cut.
The handle is made of double-injected polypropylene and rubber, and the ergonomic handle and the quality of the material ensure a secure and reliable grip, allowing even the largest knives to be handled with ease.
The handle is treated with a special germicidal additive "Alphasan" inserted directly inside the handle, ensures hygiene and cleanliness, preventing the formation and proliferation of fungi and germs.
Blade length: a choice of 34 or 42 cm.

Ice tempering is an innovative heat treatment that allows the hardness of the blades to be increased by about 1.5-2.0 HRC, this treatment ensures a more compact steel structure and greater cutting strength. Knives treated with this technique are visually easily identifiable, as the blades are polished "to a mirror finish."
