Sheeter ideal for processing egg doughs such as pizza and piada and thanks to the durable stainless steel rollers the product is rolled out to perfection of the height you prefer.

The outer structure and 420 mm long rollers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which makes the machine elegant, durable and long-lasting.

A safety micro switch is placed on the roller protection cover so that the machine stops and prevents accidents duratnte processing following CE standards.

The SI420 pasta stretcher is made in Italy by the Italian company Fimar with more than 40 years of experience in catering equipment. The machine has a three-phase 230-400 volt power supply and a power rating of 0.37 kW.

The machine allow to adjust through a knob the opening of the rollers up to 10 mm thickness in order to choose the thickness of the dough processed.

CAUTION: The possible addition of functions or options on request other than the basic model could lengthen the procedures for making and sending the machine.
