Sheeter ideal for processing egg dough such as pizza and piada and thanks to the durable stainless steel rollers the product is rolled out to perfection of the height you prefer.

The outer structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel which makes the machine elegant, durable and long lasting.

The rollers completely made of stainless steel have dimensions 55x500 mm and it is possible to adjust their opening through a lever up to 7.5 mm os so you can choose the thickness of the processed dough.

A safety micro switch is placed on the protective cover of the rollers so as to make the machinery stop and prevent accidents during processing following CE standards.

The FSE 105 pasta stretcher is made in Italy by the Italian company Fimar with more than 40 years of experience in catering equipment. The machine has a 230-volt single-phase thermal protection ventilated motor and a power rating of 0.60 kW.
