Pump-operated countertop soft ice cream machine
The small size and implemented technologies make KARMA a compact and silent product that can also be placed on the Bar counter
Capacity 8 liters including 6 in the tank and 2.3 liter inside the cooling cylinder.
Pump-powered KARMA delivers up to 130 cones/hour (75 gr.)
The PUMP production system, allows the product to incorporate more air - high overrun - so the ice cream is lighter and fluffier and the margins higher.
The tank is refrigerated so the product is fed into the freezing cylinder already cold; this process reduces dispensing time.
Control is via an LED-lit capacitive control keyboard with compact dimensions.
The minimum level is signaled by an audible signal.
