A professional shrouded meat grinder made of completely stainless steel, this meat grinder is specially designed for the processing and production of minced meat.

The model is equipped with an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening.Other plates with different perforations are available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The grinding unit for this model is made of stainless steel and is fully removable, allowing complete removal of the T-element and enabling thorough cleaning, even in a water bath and dishwasher.

Thanks to its technical features, the 32TN meat grinder with stainless steel grinding unit can be placed in the refrigerator without having to be cleaned of ground meat residues at the end of use, in accordance with HACCP hygiene regulations .

This professional meat processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality outer casing and a stainless steel product inlet hopper.

The meat inlet has a diameter of 76 mm.

The powerful single-phase motor, also equipped with reverse, 230-volt 50 Hz 1600-watt motor has a gearbox with oil-immersed gears and a cooling fan to ensure maximum efficiency during long periods of use.

There are also low-voltage controls and a micro safety switch on the hopper that provides additional protection during processing; the safety device will stop the rotary motion in compliance with current European regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 300 and 500 kg/h.
