Professional meat grinder made of stainless steel, this meat grinder is specially designed for processing and production of minced meat, perfect in medium production such as catering, butcher shops and supermarkets.
Model 32REF is equipped with a Unger model grinding system consisting of two stainless steel plates with 4.5- and 8-mm diameter holes and a roughing plate already included and two knives, also made of stainless steel, self-sharpening. Other plates with different hole diameters are also available for separate purchase with a maximum hole diameter of 20 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.
The grinding unit for this model is made of stainless steel and is partially removable, allowing the components to be removed for cleaning even in the dishwasher. Removal of the unit is possible thanks to a handle located on the side of the machinery that unlocks the grinding unit.
Refrigeration of the machinery includes the hopper, grinding unit, and feed neck. Cooling reaches a temperature of 4°C during processing, thanks to R134a refrigerant gas.
This professional meat-processing equipment is manufactured with a compact and versatile high-quality stainless steel outer casing and a fixed hopper for product input, also made of stainless steel.
The meat inlet has a diameter Ø of 80 mm.
The powerful 380-400 volts, 50 Hz, single-phase motor with a power rating of 1.87 kWatt is equipped with a reversing drive.
There are also low-voltage front controls that allow risk-free operation of the machine.
The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 300 and 500 kg/h.

Technical features:
UNGER system consisting of grinding chamber, auger, three perforated plates, two knives and closing hand wheel. Different plates with holes of different diameters are available, unger plates with diameter larger than Ø 8 mm can be mounted only as inner plates (per European regulation). As standard, the mincer comes with a plate with 4.5- and 8-mm-diameter holes.
