Professional meat grinder model TS12R

Food grade cast iron grinding unit, Retro Series, Single phase power supply

Professional meat grinder made of die-cast and polished aluminum alloy with elegant stainless steel motor cover band.

The internal helical gears are made of oil-bath hardened steel with a ventilated asynchronous motor equipped with thermal safety protection to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TS 12 R model is equipped with a partially removable enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6-mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 70 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The powerful 230-volt, 50-Hz single-phase motor has a power rating of 0.75 kWatt. In this model, thereverse gear is not standard, but can be purchased on request.

The TS12R Fama industrie meat grinder is manufactured entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is stated to be 150-200 kg/h.
