Stainless Steel Grinding Unit, Three Phase Power Supply

A very powerful professional meat grinder fairing made of stainless steel, this machinery is ideal for efficient meat grinding and processing.

The machinery has a ventilated asynchronous motor with thermal safety protection and a hermetic oil-bath gearbox to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TI 12 model is equipped with a partially removable enterprise model stainless steel grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6-mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 70 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The thermoplastic start button is protected by a latex membrane to provide additional safety during processing.

The powerful 230-400 Volt, 50 Hz, three-phase asynchronous and ventilated motor has a power rating of 1.1 kWatt.Reverse gear is not standard in this model, but can be purchased as an option.

The TI 12 R Fama industrie meat grinder is manufactured entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is stated to be 250 kg/h.
