Stainless steel grinding unit, single-phase power supply

Matched professional grater meat grinder made of die-cast aluminum, this meat grinder is specially designed for processing and producing minced meat.

Model TGK22 is equipped with an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The grinding unit for this model is made of stainless steel, and is completely removable to allow for more thorough cleaning of the elements.

This professional meat processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality aluminum frame and a stainless steel product feed hopper.

The meat outlet has a diameter Ø of 82 mm.

The polished aluminum grater inlet mouth has dimensions of 140x80 mm; it is possible to purchase this model with a stainless steel grater roller upon request.

The powerful 230-volt, 50 Hz, single-phase motor with a power rating of 1.1 kWatt is equipped with oil-bath gears to ensure maximum efficiency.

Reversing gear is not standard in this model, but can be purchased on request.

There are also low-voltage controls, a protection grid on the grater mouth and a safety microswitch in the grater that provides additional protection during processing.The safety device will stop the rotary movement in compliance with current European regulations when the grater lever is in the raised position.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be 300 kg/h, while the output of the grater is 70 kg/h
