This professional peeler is ideal for achieving fast peeling of potatoes and carrots automatically up to a maximum of 5 kg of protto per processing cycle.

The outer structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel which makes the machine elegant, durable and long lasting, while the lid is made of transparent food-grade polycarbonate which allows you to see the state of peeling.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic water jet that facilitates the cleaning of peeling residues.

A safety micro switch is placed on the lid and outlet so that the machine stops and prevents accidents during processing following CE standards.

The peeler comes with an abrasive plate and a timer
