This professional potato peeler is ideal for getting quick and easy peeling of potatoes and carrots up to a maximum of 5 kg of protto thanks to the easily replaceable abrasive walls and equipped with feet to raise the machine.

The outer structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel that makes the machine elegant, durable and long lasting, while the lid is made of unbreakable and transparent plastic that allows you to see the state of peeling and you can manually unload the machine with the special button.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic water jet that facilitates the cleaning of peeling residues.

A micro safety switch is placed on the lid and outlet door so that the machinery stops and prevents accidents during processing following CE standards, and the electrical apparatus is covered by a plastic box.

The peeler has a digital timer and convenient digital controls, drawer and filter are included in the stand.
