Professional meat grinder model TS32 ECO

Food-grade cast iron grinding unit, three-phase power supply

Professional meat grinder made of die-cast and polished aluminum alloy with elegant stainless steel motor cover band.

The internal helical gears are made of oil-bath hardened steel with a ventilated asynchronous motor equipped with thermal safety protection to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TS 32 ECO is equipped with a partially removable and easily disassembledenterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6-mm diameter holes already supplied and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 98 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The powerful three-phase motor of 230-400 volts, 50 Hz, with an output of 1.5 kWatt.Reverse gear is standard in this model.

The TS32ECO Fama industrie meat grinder TS32ECO is manufactured entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be 400 kg/h.
