A professional stainless steel shrouded meat grinder, this meat grinder is specially designed for the processing and production of minced meat.
Model 22C is equipped with aUnger model grinding system consisting of a roughing plate and two stainless steel plates with 4.5- and 8-mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different hole diameters are also available for separate purchase with a maximum hole diameter of 20 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.
The grinding unit for this model is made of stainless steel and is completely removable, the elements can be washed in a water bath or dishwasher or can be placed in the refrigerator, in accordance with HACCP hygienic regulations, without being previously cleaned of meat residues.
This professional meat-processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality stainless steel outer casing and a hopper for product input, also made of stainless steel.
The meat inlet has a diameter Ø of 52 mm.
The powerful 380-400 volts, 50 Hz, three-phase motor with a power rating of 1.1 kWatt is equipped with an oil-bath gearbox to ensure maximum efficiency.
Reversing gear is not standard in this model, but can be purchased on request.
There are also low-voltage controls that allow the machine to be used without risk.
The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 150 and 250 kg/h.

Specifications:
UNGER system consisting of grinding chamber, auger, three perforated plates, two knives and closing hand wheel. Different plates with holes of different diameters are available, unger plates with diameter larger than Ø 8 mm can be mounted only as inner plates (per European regulation). As standard, the mincer comes with a plate with 4.5- and 8-mm-diameter holes.
