A professional meat grinder made of polished aluminum and stainless steel, this meat grinder is specially designed for the processing and production of minced meat. Model 12B is equipped with an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, self-sharpening. The grinding unit for this model is made of food-grade cast iron specially treated for food contact. Other plates with different perforations are available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm. This professional meat processing equipment is manufactured with a high quality polished aluminum outer casing and a stainless steel product inlet hopper. The meat inlet has a diameter of 52 mm. The powerful single-phase 230-volt 50 Hz 750-watt motor is equipped with an oil-bath gearbox.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 100 and 160 kg/h at the moment.
