Stainless Steel Grinding Unit, Single Phase Power Supply

Professional refrigerated meat grinder with a solid one-piece stainless steel construction, perfect for grinding and processing meat while it is kept fresh in butcher shops and supermarkets.

The internal helical gears are oil-bath hardened steel with asynchronous and ventilated motor equipped with thermal safety protection to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TR 22 model is equipped with a partially removableenterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6-mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm covered through a transparent plexiglass cover and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 82 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The powerful single-phase 230-volt, 50 Hz motor has a power rating of 0.9 kWatt.

Refrigeration is by R134a gas, which allows a temperature, adjustable by thermostat, between -2°C and 4°C

The TR22 meat grinder Fama industrie is produced entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is stated to be 280-300 kg/h.
