Professional meat grinder model TI22R Unger Total

Food grade cast iron grinding unit, Single phase power supply

Professional meat grinder made of polished stainless steel, the unger grinding system allows for fine processing of meat making the machine ideal for sausage production.

The internal helical gears are oil-bath hardened steel with a ventilated asynchronous motor equipped with thermal safety protection to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TI 22 R model is equipped with a partially removable Unger Total model grinding system consisting of two stainless steel plates with 6- and 10-mm diameter holes and a roughing plate already supplied and two knives, also made of stainless steel, self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 20 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 82 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The powerful 230-Volt, 50-Hz single-phase motor has a power rating of 1.5 kWatt.Reverse gear is not standard in this model, but can be purchased on request.

The TI22 R Fama industrie meat grinder is manufactured entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be 400 kg/h.

Total UNGER system consisting of grinding chamber, auger, three perforated plates, two knives and closing hand wheel. Different plates with holes of different diameters are available; unger plates with diameters larger than Ø 8 mm can be mounted only as inner plates (per European regulations). As standard, the mincer comes with a plate with 0 , 6 and 10 mm diameter holes.
