Professional meat grinder grater model 22AT

Food-grade cast iron grinding unit, three-phase power supply

Matching professional shrouded grater meat grinder made of stainless steel, this meat grinder is specially designed for the processing and production of minced meat.

Model 22AT has an enterprise model grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6 mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The grinding unit for this model is made of food -gradecast iron specially treated for food contact.

The cast iron grinding unit is completely removable but is not dishwasher or water bath safe. The grinding unit can be placed in the refrigerator, in accordance with HACCP hygiene regulations, without first being cleaned of meat residues.

This professional meat-processing equipment is manufactured with a high-quality stainless steel outer casing and a hopper for product input, also made of stainless steel.

The meat inlet mouth has a diameter Ø of 52 mm.

The polished aluminum inlet of the grater has dimensions of 140x75 mm.

The powerful 380-400 Volt, 50 Hz, three-phase motor with 1.1 kWatt power is also equipped with reversing, gearbox with oil-bath gears to ensure maximum efficiency.

There are also low-voltage controls, a protection grid and a microswitch lever press in the grater that provides additional protection during processing, the safety device will stop the rotary movement in compliance with current European regulations when the grater lever is in the raised position.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be between 150 and 250 kg/h, while the output of the grater is 40 kg/h
