Professional electric vegetable cutter ideal for cutting and slicing fruits, vegetables, vegetables, grating cheese, dry bread, chocolate, hazelnuts and paring carrots, celery, potatoes, apples, turnips, beets and mozzarella cheese the processed products come out ready from the outlet mouth where a conenitor can be placed underneath to collect them.

The outer structure and mouths are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which makes the machine elegant, durable and long-lasting.

A safety micro switch is placed on the handle, the mouths and the container so that the machine stops and prevents accidents duratnte processing following CE standards.

The TV3000N vegetable cutter is made in Italy by the Italian company Fimar with more than 40 years of experience in catering equipment. The machine has a three-phase 230-400 volt power supply and a power rating of 0.37 kW.

The vegetable cutter has two stainless steel mouths for product insertion: a round mouth of Ø56 mm diamenter and a 155x75 mm oval mouth.

The discs can be purchased separately individually at the bottom of the board, or it is possible to select the disc kit that contains 5 discs including: 2 slicing discs ( E2 - E10 ), a dicing disc ( D10 ), a matchstick cutting disc ( H10 ) and a fraying disc ( Z4 ).

To achieve matchstick or cube cutting, the corresponding disc must be combined with the slicing disc.

The standard machine is sold without any type of disc included.
