The MAXI HH rounder is designed to handle highly hydrated dough such as pinsa, pala romana and other similar dough, including large leavened products for the confectionery sector.
Thanks to the inverter, the speed of the cylinder can be varied in order to improve the result of the ball depending on the weight and humidity of the dough.
The potentiometer has a selector from 0 to 10, adjusting the rpm from a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 65.
The new auger is specifically designed to have a gentler rounding angle than the classic maxi, so that the dough is not torn.
It is also completely polished to facilitate cleaning and to have less friction with the ball.
The completely smooth cylinder minimizes as much as possible the loss of dough during the rising of the balls.
The new cylinder material meets the mechanical and sanitary characteristics required for the purpose of the machine.
The machine rounds portions of dough for bread, pizza and cakes from 20 up to 900 grams.
Warning: the cylinder and auger must not be washed in the dishwasher, as detergents, cleaning agents and rinse aids can ruin them.
