Professional meat grinder model TI32 ECO

Food grade cast iron grinding unit, three-phase power supply

A professional stainless steel shrouded meat grinder, this machinery is ideal for efficient meat grinding and processing.

The internal helical gears are made of oil-bath hardened steel with a ventilated asynchronous motor equipped with thermal safety protection to prevent damage to the motor during long or intensive processing.

The TI 32 ECO model is equipped with apartially removable enterprise model food-grade cast iron grinding system consisting of a stainless steel plate with 6-mm diameter holes already provided and a knife, also made of stainless steel, that is self-sharpening. Other plates with different holes are also available to be purchased separately with a maximum hole diameter of 8 mm and a minimum of 2 mm.

The meat grinder has an inlet port with a diameter Ø of 52 mm and an outlet port with a diameter Ø of 98 mm

The meat grinder is equipped with an ABS pestle suitable for food contact. The control panel power supply is 24 volts as per current regulations.

The powerful asynchronous and ventilated three-phase motor of 230-400 volts, 50 Hz, has 1.5 kWatt power and reverse gear as standard.

The TI32 ECO Fama industries meat grinder is manufactured entirely in Italy respecting all European CE certifications and regulations.

The hourly output of this meat grinder is claimed to be 400 kg/h.
