The machine rounds portions of dough for bread, pizza and cakes from 20 up to 800 grams.
It is able to form perfect balls, by the upward movement of the dough portions through the auger.
It does not stress or heat the dough does not alter its properties in any way.
Stainless steel shell and optional aluminum or Teflon-coated auger for high-hydration dough, sturdy, easy to use and quick to clean, all components meet hygiene and safety regulations.
Caution: cylinder and auger should not be washed in the dishwasher, as detergents, cleansers and rinse aids can ruin them.
For optimal operation of the machine, we recommend placing wet or moistened dough balls inside, but not floured, as flour prevents proper ball formation.
